Sept 21st to Sept 28th 2017

Designing and Making a Modern quilt

Design and make your own quilt using blocks, rows, borders or improvisational piecing under the expert tuition of Charlotte Newland, winner of the Great British Sewing Bee 2016 on BBC 2.

As with the course we just completed, we will keep the programme very flexible so everyone has the option to adapt, amend and redesign the project or to create and work on extra projects alongside the main quilt. The idea of the week is to sew, chat, have fun, learn new techniques and come away with one or more beautiful projects.
